AEROLAB'S SMOKE GENERATOR

The AEROLAB Smoke Generator produces dense white smoke by vaporizing white mineral oil as it flows through an electronically heated small-diameter stainless steel tube.

The (black) base unit consists of an air pressure regulator, a mineral oil reservoir, a heating element controller and an indicator light. After connecting the base unit to your compressed air system, the compressed air passes through the internal regulator. This regulated air then forces the mineral oil out of the reservoir. The air pressure regulator controls the oil flow rate. The mineral oil then flows through silicone and stainless steel tubing to the wand tip. In the tip, the oil is vaporized as it passes by a heating element. Desired smoke volume and density are achieved by simultaneous adjustment of oil flow rate and heating element temperature.
